MEET YOUR CHEF - Austin Blackmore

In 2017 I moved from Raleigh, NC to Denver, CO with only what I could fit in my car and a dream. I found a job at Mercantile Dining and Provisions, and a year later we won a James Beard Award. (Best Chef Southeast - Alex Sidel) That’s when I knew I was on the right path in my culinary journey.
